Sessions are held online over Google Meet and last 60 minutes — individual, couples, family, or group. New clients can start with a free 15-minute introductory call. Available times are shown in your own timezone.

Need to change your appointment? Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, 50% of the session fee is refunded.
